Identifying new possibilities

Working with the Teesside Manufacturing Centre within the School of Science & Technology at Teesside University the company is looking at total enterprise integration and organisational development in design, manufacturing and business process improvement to bring the workforce of CMCA, its processes and systems even closer together.

CMCA has also signed up to 21st Century Supply Chains (SC21) demonstrating its commitment to further improve supply chain performance, increase competitiveness and support the company’s existing strategy of continuous improvement.

These two initiatives perfectly complement each other and will ensure that the fast rate of growth the company expects to continue will be matched by robust and effective management and control systems.
